We believe in 360 degree leadership. Meaning, you can be lead from above, beside, or even below. Every student gets the opportunity to use the gifts and talents they have. Not only will you get the benefit of walking with other students, but you will get hands on opportunity to be lead by numerous different pastors who have lived in successful ministry and gain from the wisdom they have.

"yet a time is coming and has now come when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks." (John 4:23)

We believe in putting priority into worship. We understand the value of your worship experience and believe strongly in setting you up with times to encounter God. You will be placed in opportunities for you to sharpen and even mature in the way you worship. From services all the way to chapels, you will find yourself with a chance to meet God in an entirely new way.

"We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with His son, Jesus Christ." (1 John 1:3)

We believe in relationship. We believe that in order to be the leader you are capable of, it begins with relationship. In PSOM you will learn not only the importance of building relationships, but you will experience the opportunity to put it into action.

"So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building." (1 Cor. 3:7)

With your time in PSOM, you will be stretched daily. From morning devotions to Life Courses, you have capability to grow in every aspect of your life. We believe that you have the ability to be the leader God has called you to be, and we will put you in situations to allow that leader to be exposed.
